Why haven't I received my refund?Updated 15 days ago
Refunds are processed back to the same payment method you used when placing your order. Our Accounting Team will usually have it sorted within 1-2 business days, and you’ll get an email once everything is finalised.
If you paid with Afterpay, PayPal, or Zippay, the refund will typically show up in your account within 24 hours.
For orders paid with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or a bank account through PayPal, the refund should be in your account within 3 business days. Just keep in mind, some banks might take up to 10 business days to show it.
