Warranty PolicyUpdated 12 days ago
We strive to ensure all items arrive fully functional and ready for use. However, occasionally a product may not perform as intended or last as long as warranted. In such cases, we'll organise a warranty claim on your behalf.
If you believe an item is faulty, please Contact Us with the following details:
Your order number
Your bike make, model and year (if the issue is related to a part)
A description of the issue
Supporting photos or video
This information helps us investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Eligibility
In order to process your warranty claim, we must first confirm your eligibility. Once this has been verified, we will provide you with a return label at no charge.
To qualify for a warranty return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must:
Be within the applicable warranty period
Not fall under any warranty exclusions as outlined in our policy
Be confirmed as potentially faulty or defective and requested for warranty assessment by our team
The customer must:
Be the original purchaser of the item
Ensure the item is securely packaged so that it arrives in the same condition as initially reported
Not have modified or altered the item in any way
Exclusions
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a warranty as provided by the manufacturer. These rights cannot be restricted or limited. However, there are certain circumstances—within legal guidelines—where a warranty claim may not be applicable.
You can learn more about your rights under Consumer Guarantees here.
The following are not covered under warranty:
Drive belts, which cannot be warranted under any circumstance.
Plated and painted finishes, which are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of dispatch. Ongoing care and maintenance are the responsibility of the end user.
Modified products or items damaged due to incorrect or poor fitment.
Damage resulting from aggressive or excessive riding behaviour.
Items with clearly disclosed cosmetic imperfections, such as scratches or marks shown and described in the original product listing.
Issues caused by user error, misuse, or failure to follow installation instructions.
Products that fall outside of their stated warranty period.
Items that have been further damaged or altered after the original issue occurred or since the warranty claim was initiated.
