Shipping PolicyUpdated 5 months ago
We currently offer shipping across all of Australia and can ship select items to certain areas in New Zealand/Aotearoa upon request for a quote. At this time, we are unable to ship to other regions.
There are some countries we cannot deliver to due to factors beyond our control. Our priority is to ensure customers receive both the best service and their orders without any issues. As reliable delivery cannot be guaranteed to specific areas, we do not ship there to avoid potential problems. We appreciate your understanding.
Please view our Shipping Policy below to find out more about postage costs and delivery estimates.
Free Shipping
Orders over $50.00 are eligible for free shipping via Australia Post, with some exceptions for items classified as heavy, bulky, or dangerous (see more details below).
For orders that meet the free shipping threshold, you’ll have the option to select complimentary standard delivery during the checkout process. Tyre deliveries qualify for free standard shipping to Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, the Australian Capital Territory, and South Australia. However, for deliveries to the Northern Territory, Western Australia, and Tasmania, a flat shipping fee of $25.00 per tyre will apply, capped at $50.00.
Certain items, such as those deemed heavy, bulky, or dangerous, will incur additional shipping charges that we are unable to cover in our pursuit of offering competitive pricing. When these items are added to your cart, the associated shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
If you’re uncertain whether the item you’re purchasing qualifies for free shipping, we recommend reviewing our 'Free Shipping Exclusions' below or contacting our team directly at [email protected] or (07) 3216 2251. We’re happy to assist with any questions to ensure you have all the information you need before completing your purchase.
Postage Options and Costs
After entering your delivery details, the available postage methods and their associated costs will be displayed at checkout. The options may vary based on your location or the contents of your order. If you have any concerns or feel your shipping costs are not accurate, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance before making your order.

In-store Pick Up
You can opt to collect your order from our store at 2/97 Delta St, Geebung, QLD 4034. To choose this option when checking out, simply select "In-Store Pick Up" as your postage method when finalising your order. Once your purchase is ready for collection, our Teams with contact you via email to let you know, so please make sure to check your inbox, filtered inboxes and spam/junk.
If you selected in-store pickup but are unable to collect your order during our opening hours, we’re more than happy to arrange for your order to be dispatched to you instead. Please ensure to reach out with your relevant shipping address and preferred shipping method (standard/express etc.)
Please note, as much of our online stock is stored off-site from our Geebung store, it may take approximately 1 to 4 business days for your order to be readied, depending on the items ordered. If you need to pick up your order on the same day, we ask you contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll advise whether it’s achievable for the items you wish to collect.
Split Orders
We strive to send all orders as they're placed. However, to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we may occasionally split your order into multiple parcels.
This can happen when items are stored in different locations or have varying dispatch times. If we split your order, you'll receive a separate tracking number for each parcel sent along with an email notification of invoice and order number. Please be assured, this processing method ensures you get your items as quickly as is possible!
Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days from the date of order placement, unless an item has a longer estimated dispatch timeframe of 2-4 days shown on the individual item listing page. Any item with a delayed dispatch will be clearly noted on its listing page under the title. All products will indicate either "in stock ready for dispatch" or provide an estimated dispatch time at checkout.
Occasionally, dispatch delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather events, technical issues or transit delay etc. If your order has been affected by a delay, we'll notify you via email with a processing update or a new estimated dispatch time.
Please note, we do not pre-dispatch orders. All orders are packed and dispatched simultaneously once ready. Packed orders are then collected by a delivery agent on the same day. Once shipping details are synced with the appropriate courier's systems, you'll receive a dispatch email with tracking information.
