Eligibility
We are happy to accept change-of-mind returns for a refund*, store credit, or exchange, provided the item meets the following eligibility criteria:
- The item must be in brand-new, unused condition.
- All tags and manufacturer documents (e.g., fitment instructions, safety information) must be intact.
- The item must be returned in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging/boxing.
- You must have received the item within the last 30 days.
Please note that some items are excluded from our Returns Policy. You may not return the following:
- KO Deal Items - disclaimer found on item page
- Special Order Items - disclaimer provided on purchase/enquiry
- Items that have been fitted to your bike/ attempted to have been fit to your bike or assembled
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Raw parts that have been painted or wrapped before returning
Special Order items are not eligible for return or refund for any reason, unless they are being returned under warranty. For any warranty-related issues with Special Orders, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

*Refunds: If your order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the cost of shipping the item to you from your total refund. We calculate this deduction based on the lowest possible shipping cost to our business, even if our actual expense was higher. This policy enables us to continue offering returns for reasons other than manufacturer faults. We appreciate your understanding.
It is your responsibility to ensure your returned item does meet our Policy criteria before sending it to us. Returns Policy
Our change-of-mind returns policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law—you have consumer guarantees that we cannot limit. If the product you ordered or received isn't of acceptable quality, isn't fit for its intended purpose, or doesn't match its description, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange upon return.
For items with a major fault, you have the right to choose between a replacement or refund. For minor defects, we may offer a free repair, which doesn't affect your consumer law rights.
For any item being returned due to a fault or damage, you must Contact Us before sending it back to our warehouse. For more information on consumer guarantees, click here.
If a product doesn't meet our returns policy criteria, our Returns Team will contact you. You'll have the option to collect the item from our warehouse or have it shipped to you at your expense. We will hold uncollected returns for 90 days.
We offer a prepaid label with your for convenience only. If you choose a refund and you selected our free standard shipping, we'll deduct our shipping costs from your final refund. We reserve the right to refuse return requests, or charge a restocking fee when assessed to be needed.
While we strive to send correct items on all orders, please understand that sometimes human errors can occur. If a product doesn't match its description, SKU, or name, it's the customer's responsibility to check that the received part is correct and fits their bike as shown on the packaging upon accepting delivery/ picking up. If the product has been fitted without due care, the customer may not be eligible for a return.
Change of Mind Returns
All "change of mind" returns must be in brand-new, resalable condition with tags and packaging included, and returned within 30 days of receiving the order to be eligible for processing.
Our change of mind policy applies to purchases where we've supplied the item as ordered, but you wish to return it. This includes cases where you've ordered the wrong size or color, clothing items don't fit as desired, parts aren't actually suited for your specific bike, or any other reason you no longer want the correctly supplied item.
Note: A size exchange due to an item being too large or small is considered a change of mind return.
Remember, items returned under our change of mind policy must be unfitted, unworn, and have all tags and packaging intact—including the manufacturer's boxing/packaging—and arrive with us within 30 days of delivery.
We do not accept change of mind returns on: items returned after 30 days, fitted parts, Knockout (KO) Deals, e-Rides, and Special-ordered items.
Warranties
Warranty claims are separate from our returns policy. If you believe your purchased item has a fault or defect, please refer to our warranty policy for guidance on how to proceed.
How To Return An Item
Once you have read the above policy and confirmed that your item is eligible for return, you can begin the returns process by signing into your account on our website. Click on the icon of a person in the top right corner of the screen to sign in.
Once you have logged in, you will be able to select the "Returns" page from the menu on the side.
From here, simply follow the prompts by selecting the order and item you wish to return.
