I received the wrong item, how do I fix it?Updated 6 months ago

While we aim to ensure that all orders are processed correctly, there will occasionally be times where an item was packaged incorrectly by one of our suppliers, or human error occurred in the warehouse. If this is the case, we ask that you please Contact Us immediately with your order number, and photos of the item you have received.

Once we have received confirmation that you were sent the wrong item, we can begin the process of returning the incorrect item and sending out the correct one to you.
