No worries! All our orders require a signature, so if you weren’t home when the delivery was attempted, your parcel will either be redelivered or taken to your local post office for collection.

If you don’t pick it up within 14 business days, it’ll be returned to us. If that happens, we’ll get in touch to see if you’d like it sent out again or if you’d prefer a refund.
