I got the wrong item – what should I do?Updated 15 days ago

We always aim to get your order right, but every now and then, there might be a mix-up – maybe the manufacturer packaged something wrong or a slip-up happened in the warehouse. If that’s the case, just Contact Us right away with your order number and a photo of what you received.

Once we confirm that you got the wrong item, we’ll sort out the return and get the correct one sent out to you.
