I am missing an item from my order; why?Updated 6 months ago

At EasyR Australia, we always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. However, sometimes, we may split your order if one or more items take longer to process than the others, or if some of your items are being dispatched from a different warehouse. Sometimes a split order can make it seem as if an item is missing.

In this case, you will be able to see your item and order status on your account page on our website. You would also receive a second dispatch email with a different tracking number.

If your order is missing an item, or, an item from within a kit, and has not been split, we apologise, as human error may have occurred. Please Contact Us immediately, and we will investigate your claim. It is the customer’s responsibility to alert us to such an error on your order within 5 days of receiving it.
