I’m missing an item in my order – what happened?Updated 15 days ago
We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as we can. Sometimes, though, we may need to split your order if certain items take a little longer to process or if they’re being sent from a different warehouse. This can make it look like an item is missing when it's actually just on its way separately.
You can always check your order status and see all items in your account page on our website. Plus, you'll get a second dispatch email with a new tracking number for the items being sent separately.
If you’re missing something, or if an item from a kit is missing and you haven’t received a second dispatch email, we’re really sorry—this might be due to a small human error. Please reach out to us, and we’ll sort it out for you ASAP!
