Ordering Times and Delays:
We'll be processing orders until December 24th (Tuesday), but it's wise to plan ahead, especially for pre-Christmas deliveries or items intended as gifts. Due to expected high demand and potential delays during a peak period with Australia Post, we strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible for the best chance of timely delivery in the face of possible delays.
You can keep an eye out for processing times on each individual item page. While we strive to provide accurate dispatch estimates, please note that these may fluctuate during the busy holiday period for a number of reasons outside of our control.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work diligently to process and dispatch your orders swiftly. If there are any changes to your expected order processing time, we'll reach out to you immediately. All processing estimates are measured in Business Days.
Deliveries:
For the best chance of a pre-Christmas delivery, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible.
Please Note: We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, as courier companies experiencing high demand are beyond our control, and delivery times may vary into the New Year.
We'll be dispatching orders until December 24th. Planning ahead is key for a stress-free holiday season! While Express Post ensures faster delivery, it doesn't affect our initial handling time. We prioritize these orders but can't expedite our processing steps.
In addition to our own order processing times, please be aware of Australia Post’s delivery times. These are different estimates, and timelines provided on item pages are not estimates for delivery. We've provided information on Australia Post's recommended shipping dates for Christmas delivery below.
Remember to factor in our processing time! For instance, if Australia Post advises shipping by December 16th, and you're ordering an item marked "Available - ready for delivery", add 1 business day and place your order by December 15th at the latest.

Operating Hours:
Our Teams are here for you during the lead-up to the holidays, operating during normal business hours up until December 24th, 2024. The weeks of Christmas and New Years will have changes to hours and operational limitations.
Per information from Australia Post - if you do need items by Christmas or quickly in the holiday period - please account for an upswing in demand and possible delays in transit and delivery. We will work as hard as possible to ensure orders go out as quickly as they can, but appreciate your patience and understanding if your order is unexpectedly affected by high demand.
Please note, we'll be taking a break during public holidays as well as December 27th, 2024. Normal operations will resume after New Year's Day 2025. Our holiday operating hours are as follows:
