Can I return an item I've installed or tried to install?Updated 6 months ago

No. Once an item has been installed or attempted to have been installed and has marks on it, it is no longer a brand-new item, and we cannot sell it to another customer. We strongly recommend holding the item up against the bike to compare fitment prior to fitting and item, to avoid this disappointment.

If you return an item and we find evidence of fitment, you may not be eligible for a return and the item may be sent back to you.

If there are signs of wear or damage on the item before you fit it, you must Contact Us with photos or video of the problem to let us know that there is an issue with your item.

As we are a retailer and not the manufacturer of any parts or gear, we must submit a Warranty Claim with the distributor for any damaged or faulty items, and we cannot process a return for damaged goods without following this procedure.

Please do not return an item with any damage or wear without first Contacting Us with photos of the issue and notice of how the damage occurred.
