Most orders arrive within 1–14 business days once dispatched, depending on where you are and the shipping method selected. You’ll get a tracking link in your dispatch email once it’s on the way.

Can’t find the email or the tracking’s not working? Get in touch and we’ll sort it out. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.

Delays can happen (like bad weather or busy periods), so to check for the latest updates on postal delays, check out Australia Post’s service updates here. If your delivery is more than 5 business days late, let us know and we’ll follow it up with Australia Post for you.
