What happens if my purchase is damaged during transit?Updated 19 days ago

We pack everything as carefully as we can to make sure it gets to you in one piece. All deliveries require a signature, so please check your package for any visible damage before signing. If something doesn’t look right, you’re within your rights to refuse the delivery and let us know straight away.

Once you’ve got the item, please open it up and check it over. If there’s any damage, you’ll need to let us know within 5 days—after that, we may not be able to help.

To report damage, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos (or a video if that’s easier). The more accurate the info, the faster we can get it sorted.

Just a heads-up: if the item’s been installed or used, and the damage was not disclosed to us, it won’t be covered under warranty.

Depending on the situation, we may choose to repair, replace, or inspect the item first. Every case is different, but we’ll aim to sort it out as quickly as we can.
