Recently we have upgraded to a new website here at EasyR! This allows us to make many improvements for our customers, but it also means that older gift cards will no longer be usable on the new site. But don&#x2019;t worry! Everyone who had an active EasyR gift voucher with any remaining funds on it has a matching gift voucher on the new website.When we upgraded our website we sent out emails to everyone with an active EasyR gift voucher containing a new gift voucher for the new website! If you cannot find this email then don&#x2019;t worry, your voucher is still linked to your account. All you need to do is <a href="https://easyr.com.au/pages/help-center?hcUrl=%2Fen-GB%2Fcontact">Contact Us</a> with your account details, and a member of our team will be able to resend your EasyR gift voucher to your email address of choice.
